Our trip prices include estimated prices for
international flights to Tanzania and Kenya based on the best
airline fare information available at the beginning of each year.
Air ticket prices can and do vary greatly according to time of year and
the length of time between booking and flying. We recommend
booking flights to Tanzania and Kenya as early as possible as this
generally leads to cheaper flight prices and more choice. It is
only after receipt of your booking that actual flight prices can be
obtained that are relevant to when you want to travel, and these will
be advised to you in the Booking Receipt.
We may also check the price and availability of any
special or promotional fares from our preferred airline for your trip
to see if savings could be obtained for you. If so, we generally
recommend in our Booking Receipt that you pay us immediately for your
flights. Once you have paid us for your air tickets, not only can
we secure and book the best available flights for you, but also fix the
prices and prevent any subsequent flight surcharges. All flight
details will also be advised to you in our Confirmation Invoice.
We include estimated return flight prices in our 'Trip
price including flights from' and these guide prices are from
£700 to Tanzania and from £550 to Kenya, dependent on time
of year and world oil prices. With a lot of advance notice and
sometimes flexibility
on the part of the traveller, these guide prices can be bettered.
However, at certain times of year, especially with little advance
notice, flight prices can be considerably higher. We shall
advise you in our Booking Receipt of the best airfares we can obtain
for you, irrespective of whether it is more or less than our guide
price.
The CAA produces a 'Travelling Safely' leaflet providing advice
to air travellers on issues such as what can and cannot be taken
on to the aircraft, and other useful safety and security
information that travellers should be aware of before their flight.
