General Information

The trip prices of our adventure holidays are fully detailed on our website and the trip prices quoted are per person (based on a minimum group size of four) and include; international flights, pre-determined airport taxes, transfers to/from local airport in Africa, ground transport, meals, accommodation (based on two people sharing), trip leader/head guide and local support crew including drivers, guides, cooks, porters etc (and other porterage as detailed in the trip itinerary), and an ATOL Protection Contribution of £2.50 per traveller if your package includes air travel.

We regularly organise private group trips and offer a group discount if booked on a single booking - please call us to discuss.

Safety on our adventure holiday trips is of the utmost importance, and a key area influencing this is the size and quality of our support crew on the mountain.  Our trip prices include for a full quota of senior and junior guides, cooks and porters according to group size, and for all crew being paid at least the park's recommended wage rates.

The US$ exchange rate has a very direct influence on our trip prices in GB£, so when comparing trip prices, it is just as important to also compare the $ exchange rate used upon which the £ trip price is based. 

Our trip prices do not include; National Park fees (to be paid to us separately in addition to the trip price), travel insurance, single supplements or any requested extras, incidental drinks and any hotel/lodge refreshments, snacks and meals not detailed in the itinerary, tips, cost of passports or visas, personal medication and vaccinations, phone calls, souvenirs, laundry, clothing & equipment required for the trip, excess baggage, any local airport &/or departure taxes collected at the airport, carbon offset contribution (voluntary).
